      Pros

      The patients were great to get to know. It was an honor to care for and serve them.

      Cons

      Toxic/bullying work environment; constant drama between staff; management is horrible and made conflicts worse; don't report problems to management-you will be blamed and labeled a trouble-maker. Many staff like to do nothing (on cell phones and Facebook) and still collect a paycheck. The patients deserve better.
