Well resourced school - Teacher University Prep Employee Review

The people who work there are amazing. Dedicated, caring, the type that roll up their sleeves and do what they can to get the job done.

Parking is pretty tight though you can always find street parking--you might have to walk quite a ways though. Because it is in a residential area there are not options close by for coffee or breakfast however the school has started giving employees money to go onto their accounts to off set the cost of eating at the school--and the food is great!

Challenging work. Lots of employee perks (treats and food, mostly). Great goals and mission. They serve their customers well and work to provide a quality education to grades 6-12.

Isolating environment if you are not part of the academic club. Not great for people who come from outside the educational environment. There is an elite snobbery that is part of the culture.
