Pros
I worked at Unleashed for a few years and overall it was a great company with a fantastic group of people. There aren't many mid to large businesses around where managers and the leadership team genuinely care about staff and try to put people first while balancing the company needs. With the company recently being sold to the larger Access Group, there should be career opportunities for staff across the group.
Cons
Like many fast-growing businesses, there were some growing pains with bottlenecks and some things taking longer to get done, but that's a challenge moving from a start-up to a mid-sized company.
