- Use all the best tech and apps to be a successful sales person - Lots of opportunity to overachieve targets in sales - No micromanagement - treated like a proper adult and trusted to get the job done - Great work-life balance
Cons
- Not much career progression as still a fairly small team in the UK -Communication sometimes would be frustrating, would find out things too late or after they should've happened
