      Great staff, owners that really care about the dogs and are super knowledgeable. I enjoyed working for a woman owned and operated business.

      Communication at times, but that is true for most work places.

      Passive-aggresive management style. If they have a problem with you, they discuss it amongst themselves and your co-workers, but not you.
