Pros
The company is growing, so you can learn new skills and see projects develop.
Cons
Hostile and exhausting work environment. Their systems are confusing and just make your job harder. Workload never ends, and you're expected to juggle a ton of projects with no real training. Leadership doesn't seem to care about employees, and there's no sick or bereavement leave. On top of that, priorities change constantly with little explanation, so you're always trying to catch up. It feels like you're spinning your wheels just to keep up with unrealistic expectations. Some managers are control freaks while others disappear, so you never know what to expect. That lack of consistency makes it hard to trust anyone or feel confident in your work. Even small wins are ignored, and any slip-up gets highlighted. It creates this constant tension where you feel like you're always under a microscope, which wears on you mentally and makes it hard to stick around long. If you ask questions, you usually get nothing useful back, and mistakes get blamed on you even when it's the system's fault. The mental stress adds up fast, and the whole environment feels fake and draining.
