      Pros

      No Pros....They can terminate you anytime.

      Cons

      They terminate without any notice in an hour. No Proper work balance. They will not pay you as they promised. TL and Cluster has no knowledge only gyan till 9 PM. They will ask only dressing sense and they will look like butchers. Never join this bogus company. HR is mere puppet and middle management throws you out just after 7 days with no payment.
