      Pros

      Loved my team of people, they were the reason I stayed for so long. At first it was so awesome and fun, the office culture was upbeat and motivating because we were thriving. We had office parties and games, but then when the money wasn't flowing as much the good vibes left.

      Cons

      Schedule is terrible (working 6 days a week in split shift, ex. 9a-1p & 7pm-11pm), inconsistent pay, not livable pay unless you get a big bonus but the bonuses haven't been good for about 18 months, occasional catty and petty behavior from execs, a lot of turnover- people are always leaving.

      Pros

      A few genuine coworkers trying to survive the chaos.

      Cons

      If you value your time, sanity, or morals, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The setup is awful, long, broken-up shifts that eat up your entire day, leaving you no real personal life. Leadership is built on favoritism and family ties, so unless you’re in their inner circle, you’ll always be treated as disposable. They constantly find ways to cut corners, from underpaying hardworking employees overseas to delaying bonuses without explanation. There’s this unspoken rule that profits come before people, and everyone feels it. The atmosphere is shady, stressful, and completely UNETHICAL! It honestly feels like they’re just waiting to see who cracks first.
