Pros
* The people I worked with, until we all left... * Some nice perks, but a number of them were taken away either permanently or temporarily
Cons
* management has absolutely no idea what they are doing and it shows * multiple sudden redundancies, cost-cutting and psychotic leadership killed moral and caused a number of people to leave * limited career progression opportunities * domain is convoluted and not very exciting * tech stack is old, progress is slow and people are unmotivated * xp values now seen as optional * startup attitude/memes/geeky atmosphere mixed with Newscorp/corporate influences can literally give you whiplash
