1) Poor salary and increment. At the time of appraisal your manager will say you did not do anything which was extra ordinary so no increment and promotion. While manager's favorite guys will get these. Too much partiality, politics and favoritism. Worst thing is licking the boots of manner less and rude manager for salary hike in this LALA company. 2) You can be fired at any time. Everything is person to person. 3) You have to work at least 15 to 16 hours a day. If you get weekly offs then you are lucky. Otherwise no extra salary on working on off days because that work comes under your KRA 4) ZERO employee benefits. No any medical, sick, paternity and Covid leave. Forget about the festival holidays here 5) After variable deductions, you salary become less as compare to salary of your last company. Please do not spoil your career. You will work and insulted like a salve here. 6) Company is making fake good reviews on Glassdoor. Please do not trust on these. 7) Your personal life and health will be finished. ZERO work life balance here.
