Cons
- Company activities (i.e., company dinner, team building, etc.) are mostly not in working hours (up to you if you want to join or not)
- Fast-paced (must be prepared to receive new tasks every day & complete them early)
- Job scope preparation sometimes needs to be done outside of the working hours
- Micromanage (you’re watched over for every detail that you do & be responsible for it)
- Opening socmeds (except YouTube) & email services on the provided PCs aren’t allowed (for security purposes (?))
- Personal gadgets other than smartphones aren't allowed (for security purposes (?))
- Some provided devices/hardware in the office may encounter some problems (must prepare personal devices yourself or ask your supervisor to fix them)
- Unsafe for some office interior design (unsure if it’s improved already; see for yourself)
