      Pros

      you learn useful machining and production skills, learn to work unsupervised, no layoffs, plenty of overtime. company does have some bonuses i.e. $30 a month for cleanest section, golf outing and Christmas parties are excellent

      Cons

      poor wages, poor yearly raises, benefits are mediocre at best, outside the above picnics if you are not in the managements click then you are shown no interest,

      Pros

      Home life depends on department Can clock in early without penalty, can’t clock out early tho Quarterly meetings you get free lunch or a food truck which will have to pay for.

      Cons

      Extra work same pay Depending on department with depend on pay, schedule, OT, other job titles Point system HR is not available for your needs Yelling/screaming is how managers talk down to you Managers dont know the machines your working on Will fire without reason
