Pros
The culture at UpSlide is fun, supportive, and productive. There are always interdepartmental projects taking place so that growth comes with minimal churn. The fact that most employees have been here for 3+ years really speaks for itself. The product is super strong so people easily see the value and are truly benefiting from the services.
Cons
The price point is high--as it's a premium product--so that does get quite a bit of pushback.
