All about selling the company and what it could do for the directors. Some senior people refused to allow anything to be questioned despite obvious cause for concern.

A great working environment, great staff and teams, great attitudes. Lots of oppotunities to work on challenging projects with cleaver people. Its a very rapidly growing company having non stop success.

It was bought out buy Capita in early 2014 but so far this hasn't changed anything.
