      Some of the staff were cool to deal with

      Everything - low salaries, horrible managers, toxic place, they put people down and treat them like crap to make them insecure so they never leave but everyone left anyway. Ive worked at many companies, good and bad, and never come across such high employee turnover.

      None that I can think of. Let's change the name to Downergy.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Broken promises. No plans. Everything kicked down the road. Skilled people are overlooked. Spreadsheet jockeys and pen pushers only are valued. Customer support is a joke. The company is failing and the senior management team deluded. People are leaving in droves. There is a reason for this.
