Get paid weekly, good benefits, fun corporate outings and dinners, management is very supportive and open to ideas on how to execute certain projects, days/weeks go by fast.
Cons
Working in HR you have to wait on other departments to complete certain tasks and projects, projects can pile up quickly if you don't complete them right away.
