Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take your feedback seriously and will work very hard to improve further on the mentioned aspects but we are a little surprised to hear about your experience because: Upscalio senior leadership and respective team leads strongly abide by it's 11 employee centric values and try to create a democratic environment where all colleagues are encouraged to share their views, ideas and feedback all the time. Team leads and HR team are always open to hear constructive feedback and work alongside employees to improve things. It's also important to acknowledge that Upscalio is 15 month old startup that's trying to grow really FAST - in this phase teams are prioritizing speed/results over efficiency/creativity. This approach requires ruthless prioritization of ideas based on expected impact/ time-effort estimated and NOT based on whose idea it is (it's not meant to be personal).
