Pros
. They select the clients, as well as the teams that work. My experience with the clients I worked with through Upstack was good
. Account management team is very supportive
. They listen to the problems and don't try to hide it. They continuously improve the platform to fix these problems and their operations to fix it
Cons
Most positions are technical positions. If you are in management or tech management or technical executive , you have a hard time finding a job there. One you find one , all goes smooth afterwards.
