Pros
The best employer that I have met to date. He actually cares about employee's welfare, listened to my concerns and tried his best to address it. When there are conflict of interests between parties, he will not only side with clients, but step in and negotiate an acceptable solution for all parties.
As the whole team is small, everyone knows each other and get along together well. All colleagues are great, friendly and helpful. There is zero politic involved.
Work wise, there are good code practices and processes integrated into the development flow, so that it improves the code and product quality. The team is passionate to improve and willing to accommodate changes as long as it is for the better of the whole.
Cons
There are times when relatively tight timeline has to be met.
