You will learn how to manage multiple things and if they pay you more they will dump work on you and expect you to be perfect but the pro is you will do things that will make your life easier cause most companies wont make you work like this, they will just hhire someone new and wont divide the responsibilities as well, typical story they will hire a new young kid out of college and make use of the youth, fire you and hire a young college drop, so that they save money and your loyalty to them doesnt matter.

They will keep you if they like you, they have a fake bond that you need to sign and is illegal yet when it suits them they will fire you, if they dont like you, then you have to prove yourself everyday, with unrealistic goals. Nepotism exist as well, its a business that has a rich family working in high positions or has invested and that family is running it and some close friends who they like run the show, you are just used to do the work they dont want to do and they wont aprreciate you for it too, you wont grow here, you will be underpaid and stuck in the same position for ever and partiality is there too. It is a un healthy evironment.
