Pros
Depending on which office you are based out of, it can be hit or miss. Overall, I enjoyed my time with my colleagues, who were all very supportive of each other and the clients we served. Pretty good career development opportunities.
Cons
Executive leadership can definitely play favorites. Super into DEI. Constant change and fast-paced, which can lead to burnout easily.
