      Pros

      Work from home is nice. BDR team is rebuilding and they provide tools to make job easier. OTE is decent if you hit your numbers. Managers are pretty cool and the people are fun to work with as well. If you are in Chicago/SF office is great to work in since its optional and WFH is still highly encouraged.

      Cons

      Salesforce sucks, but new CRM coming. Still new to the job so we will see if things keep going well.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
