Really interesting and exciting international work, especially bringing value to individuals looking for work and to create a good/flexible life for themselves.
Cons
I built a good brand for myself and it seems that some colleagues cut corners/broke rules to advance and the company will break rules/overlook things to celebrate "good" numbers.
