      Pros

      Only pros are remote work and most of the people I worked with I enjoyed.

      Cons

      The leadership team is terrible. They make horrible decisions and they are running the company into the group. The result of their terrible decision making? A massive layoff to try and make numbers look good in the short term to save the CEO's job.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
