Cons
If anyone receives an interview call from there, you will definitely get the job because, to my knowledge, there is no staff working there now (October 2024). It was the worst place to work in my entire career. More than giving pressure for sales, the manager cuts salaries for not achieving targets from the first month of joining. The targets are set extremely high; not even three of us could meet one person’s target. Additionally, the service provided as a tour company is the worst. During my time there, I never saw a customer complete their trip happily. The manager's behavior towards customers is very unprofessional. After receiving advance payments, he would literally blackmail customers for additional payments if they were late. He also pressured us to treat customers that way, but only after the first payment. Ultimately, I haven’t seen or heard of any employee leaving without problems. So if you have any other choice, I strongly advise you to pursue that; it will be far better than this company.
