Pros
Some amazing people (non-management) that I worked with. Had an absolute blast with them at times and we found collective comfort in sharing our pain of working here.
Cons
As other reviews have stated, there is a pervasive, toxic, boys club management at UA. They will work you to the bone, give you little benefits, pay you a pittance for it, all the while convincing you that you should be grateful for this opportunity. Zero time or priority given to improving processes, R&D, or literally anything that would improve the absolute shambles of archaic internal systems they run on. Everything is expected to be done at lightning speed, yesterday. They take “the customer is always right” to new levels, pandering to their clients (the worst kinds of humans there is… real estate agents) every minute request, which is frequently delivered to employees with verbal abuse and condescension. This is all considered normal, and unfortunately comes at the expense of the mental and physical wellbeing of their so called “valued” employees. Working at this company feels like being on a sinking ship, with all the employees frantically running around trying to patch up holes with duct tape, while management kick back on a deck chair with a margarita.
