Pros
I don't think anything I saw will truly do my experience working here justice. Over my career in the Design field I have been places that have pushed me to the point of almost leaving the industry out of frustration and unhealthy environments, until I was accepted into this amazing family that has been built here. Hands down this is the best work-life balance I have ever had and have ever heard about from friends and family while I go on and on about how much I enjoy working here. I have been given opportunities to expand my career further than I even thought it could go, and the value each one of my coworkers is given by senior management is unmatched. It truly is a place where creatives can come and flourish while being able to push themselves alongside brilliant minds and passionate people who understand that mental health is just as important as a good days work and that when an employee is able to grow and feel like they are believed in they can help make a stronger foundation for the company as a whole. I see myself happily working here for a VERY long time.
