The company grew exponentially in the past couple of years. My solar team was small but very efficient. People are very respectful and welcoming.

I think the HR department could improve on handling international employees.

• Sometimes lunch may be provided • You get two monitors with your work station

• Safety concerns are met with hostility and you will be pressured to comply with managements demands or be fired on the spot • Revenue first, everything else second mentality; don't have enough time to do all your work? Doesn't matter, you will be given more. Not enough manpower for your projects? That's your problem, you will be given more projects and be left to sort it out alone • Don't expect any constructive feedback; you will not be told there is an issue until you are given a punishment, and you will not receive any guidance on how to improve or remedy the issue • Management has a churn and burn mentality to their employees; if they tell you to jump and you don't immediately ask how high, they have no problem with firing you on the spot • Professionalism is nonexistent within management; expect to be guilt tripped, have personal matters be brought up, your social media be used against you, and to be treated as inferior in meetings with management
