My experience with Urban Life Solution has been extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no proper training or clear expectations provided when starting, which made it very difficult to understand what was required. Instead of offering support or guidance, the staff were often rude and unprofessional, creating a hostile work environment. It felt like they expected employees to just “figure everything out” without any direction. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful and well-organized workplace.
