      Pros

      The benefits package. Relatively nice office

      Cons

      Poor induction, tired software that has a code base more than 10 years old and a lack of any internal processes. They omitted to pay me my first salary and couldn't supply me with wage slips for any of my salary payments and couldn't supply a P45 after I left. A disorganised company with some good values but everything else is lacking. Talking the talk but never walking that walk. Don't even bother. Kinda sad really.

      Pros

      With the exception of some teams, company culture is great. Opportunity to work on some cool stuff

      Cons

      Super strict on in office attendance and recently culture has taken a hit because of it. Also compensation and career progression aren’t very good past year 1.
