I found no straight forward and complete manipulation . Since every one act well you cant a difference between reality and fake behaviour. There r few good employees but here I m not talking about them . Some one do things unknowingly can be advised . Here it's all purpose. Until they change this keep continuing.. who ever joining or applying pls know your worth and be carefull of your each step you take and agree . But anyway ultimately u will be utilised as much as possible.

Eventually u will be grabbed all the information and isolated and you will be feeling not worth at all . If you are a strong personality then it's not a right place . You should be a real dumb or at least u should know to act as dumb .. there some people does the same to retain their job and surviving well else u should keep applying for a job using a internet and linkedin . If u dont hv a back up then you force to write a glassdoor review like me 😅

If you want to practice your LinkedIn skills in looking for a job while working, this is the place to be. From the moment you have the very first conversation with the two lunatics who run the show, you will realist that you have made the biggest mistake in your life and you will immediately open the incognito page on your laptop and start applying. Oh sorry, did I just say conversation? My bad, I actually meant shouting and yelling 24/7.

There are jobs that we call dream jobs. And then, there are jobs that come from hell. Well, this is one hell of a place - work/life balance non existent, weekends - non existent, public holidays - existent since you end up working as well. Every single employee (irrespective of age and experience) ends up crying in the toilet at least once. Every single client ends up yelling at least once (a day). System ends up failing at least once a week. The two lunatics (aka the founders, aka Buzz Godparents) end up yelling, screaming, shouting, abusing, banging their laptops at least once in an hour. If you love yourself, then do yourself a favour and run from this place as far and as fast as you can. And do not look back. Ever!!!!
