Pros
Young, energetic colleagues made the workplace enjoyable. Working in sustainability also felt genuinely rewarding. The work itself was painful, cold calling from beginning to end of the day.
Cons
Working here was a nightmare from start to finish. Management was horrendous—completely unprofessional, disorganized, and had no regard for employees’ input or well-being. Any attempts to provide direction or suggest improvements were either ignored or dismissed outright. Instead of fostering a positive and collaborative environment, leadership created a culture of negativity, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disregarded. The constant lack of communication and transparency only added to the chaos. Expectations were unrealistic, and rather than offering support, management seemed more interested in pointing fingers. Constructive feedback was scarce, replaced instead with criticism that often felt personal and unproductive. Turnover was incredibly high, which wasn’t surprising given how poorly employees were treated. Morale was consistently low, and it felt as though management was out of touch with the challenges we faced daily. There was no path for growth or development, making it impossible to feel any sense of accomplishment or purpose. Overall, if you're looking for a supportive, positive work environment with respectful and engaged leadership, look elsewhere. This place was exhausting and toxic—working here took a toll on both my mental and professional well-being.
