Going through some challenging times

- Was fully remote when I worked there - Some teams are awesome

- Was tight with money and skipped over raises multiple times in a row - Many promises made and not really kept, lots of Rah Rah type communication - High Stress environment but lots of inefficiencies in process that made it worse than it needed to be - Little bit back stabby if you end up in the wrong team
