- Not a welcoming workplace for non-Dutch employees: some long-time employees are not even aware of basic manners such as saying hi/good morning or not speaking Dutch at daily stand-ups or not switching conversations into Dutch. - Although what they do is mostly Wordpress projects, it is not even mentioned in the job listing - Project management of new projects is not handled properly: it needs to be handled by developers - No career development options/courses etc.
