Pros
USAgain is an interesting place to work - it's a small company but it is spread out over a 12 cities. They definitely hire a lot of smart, hardworking people, and it is a good place to build new skills. There's also a good amount of employee appreciation events, like catered lunch and outings.
Cons
USAgain was a good place to work for a while, but it eventually grew stale. One possible reason for this: I didn't receive a yearly review, and after I asked for a raise, I was basically denied (even though my workload had increased). Also, the time-off package is downright awful. There also seemed to be quite a bit of micromanagement in some departments... not something I encountered directly, but others complained about it.
