No ongoing support or training. Bullying culture from the management in Bournemouth. Very male driven office. Hours told in the interview were different to when started, you have to work started and the do a “Mega Day” which is 8am to 8pm no over time paid this is just to try and get more sales. They have a very high turnover of staff. Having worked in sales before within a few different sectors, I must say the management has extremely over inflated egos that private medical insurance is the biggest, best and hardest product to sell. Even though this is B2C with money premiums circa £100 to £300 a month.
