Pros

Remote jobs. Work- life balance. Great learnings. Decent salary.

Cons

Employees are expected to gain certification and company will only pay if you pass the exam. Nothing wrong in that, but you’re expected to prepare for exams in a short span of time.

Pros

None at all, I was completely shocked after joining this company.

Cons

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at UsefulBI, and I feel compelled to share my insights to help potential job seekers make informed decisions. My time at the company was marked by several concerning issues that significantly impacted my professional satisfaction. First and foremost, the Sales Manager exhibited a complete lack of backbone in managing the team. The absence of effective leadership was palpable, resulting in a disorganized and demoralized sales force. Decision-making was inconsistent, and there was a noticeable absence of strategic direction. Moreover, it came to my attention that top-level management was engaging in moonlighting activities. This not only raised ethical concerns but also highlighted a lack of dedication to the company and its employees. It is disheartening to witness leaders neglecting their responsibilities in favor of personal pursuits. One of the most frustrating aspects of my time at UsefulBI was the absence of projects in the pipeline. The team seemed directionless, with no clear objectives or initiatives to work towards. This lack of foresight not only affected our productivity but also hindered our professional growth and development. Equally disappointing was the incompetence displayed by the HR department. Communication breakdowns, delayed responses, and a general lack of understanding of employee concerns were prevalent. It felt as though the HR team was ill-equipped to handle the challenges that arose, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. In conclusion, my experience at UsefulBI was far from positive. The spineless leadership, questionable activities at the management level, lack of projects, and ineffective HR department collectively created a toxic work environment. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for those considering employment at UsefulBI.
