First and foremost, the Sales Manager exhibited a complete lack of backbone in managing the team. The absence of effective leadership was palpable, resulting in a disorganized and demoralized sales force. Decision-making was inconsistent, and there was a noticeable absence of strategic direction.
Moreover, it came to my attention that top-level management was engaging in moonlighting activities. This not only raised ethical concerns but also highlighted a lack of dedication to the company and its employees.
