Pros

The fact that the senior management doesn't have a clear vision is absolutely shocking. If you are clever though you can make the most of it and explore different tasks within this very chaotic company. On top of that you get to work with a good team of international, hard-working and mostly skilled members.

Cons

Lack of clear vision and company mission: The one thing you don't want to do is work for people that don't have a clear vision and therefore don't have goals. Yes, you are right - if there are no goals, there are no targets for you to achieve. In other words, you can just get paid for doing almost nothing - if that's what you are looking for then don't look no further. If however you want to grow professionally (long-term) - forget about Userfarm. Lack of professionalism and people skills: There is no professional attitude at all - if you are asked to speak your mind - nobody is listening - so don't waste your energy. If you want to improve processes and work-flows - nobody has time for you. If you want to challenge opinions and performances - you will get shouted at. e.g. Look at this company review - the company is clearly not popular amongst former employees. Instead of changing things up, Userfarm thinks its best to just come up with some fake positive reviews! Well played guys! Biggest disadvantage: UK Finance department. Probably the only finance department that doesn't pay third parties and employees and refuses to give any reasons for delays. You are simply getting told to be patient. Office culture: None. Benefits: You wish. Promotions: Goodnight.

Pros

Team is warm and welcoming, and the concept behind the business has real potential.

Cons

There is no transparency and a serious lack of communication. Business objectives and strategy are not aligned with sales, as a result individual objectives are constantly changing and work stress is high. Management are spirited and emotions often overflow..

Pros

Great client roster, co-workers from all around Europe are fantastic. If you're self-driven and fancy a challenge work hard without being rewarded for it, you will flourish at Userfarm.

Cons

Dictatorship of senior management that doesn't understand the creative industry, pathetic with no clear goals. There are no employment contracts and everyone works under a "consultancy agreement". Userfarm also employs an army of sales people from outside the UK and exploits the fact that they are not familiar with UK employment rights and often work below minimum wage with unachievable and unrealistic sales targets. Salaries are often paid late. No benefits, no paid holidays, no sick-pay, no bonus schemes. Userfarm's London offices are located in the basement of a homeless hostel. Health and safety (daylight, heating, fresh air) are neglected to save costs.
