I don't consider this a con, but as common with start-ups there is the need to be flexible. This does provide the opportunity to take on new roles & responsibilities within the organization.

This is an incredible place to work. Userful is leading the way in Software Defined AV over IP! We have just launched our new Infinity Platform which is a game changer. There is nothing like it in the industry, customers are noticing and we are working with some of the biggest logos in the world. The future of our industry is software, ....not proprietary hardware and that's where we excel. Userful is the most diverse company I have ever worked at. There are some incredibly bright people here and I am always learning something new. Everyone works hard and management has done a good job recognizing and compensating for performance. The focus is on being effective .... not busy.....They have also done a good job of encouraging people to take time off to recharge. The transparency from management on what is going on at the company is unlike anything I have seen at other companies. You have a voice here and all you have to do is speak up to be heard.

You have to be flexible. We are breaking new ground here so processes and features are constantly evolving and changing. This is not a place to sit back and observe. It requires active involvement from everyone and you must be ok with changing directions quickly as we evolve and grow.
