Value diversity in staff, which is great

Strong management with great vision, and a culture of speed and agility. You can make things happen, and with the right focus, an outsize impact to the business bottom line. Importantly, I genuinely believe there is no contradiction to Uswitch making money, and being a huge benefit to the consumer. I have seen first hand, many decisions and actions geared towards saving customer money, giving them better tools to make decisions, and fighting for a better future (particularly in the space of energy saving & net zero).

This is a place of competing priorities and expectations. You are expected to be able to keep standards across multiple domains, be in the detail but across everything. You have to be up for the challenge!
