Pros
Great benefits, including tuition waivers and gym access. There are many great team members and support. Some of the management is extremely supportive and helpful when it comes to problem-solving. I loved this position, being able to work on projects and feel accomplished seeing your areas cleaned efficiently.
Cons
Management and direction seemed to constantly be changing with infighting and politics. Some managers are great, but it doesn't outweigh the terrible ones that do not respond and belittle you.
After moving to full-time there was little career progression and little ways you can improve your skills.
