Pros
All employees I have worked with have been committed to their work, and work with a great deal of integrity and skill. UTA accomplishes a lot given the significant budgetary challenges they have seen during the economic downturn.
Cons
The budgetary process can be a bit opaque at times, making planning sometimes challenging. Further, the process hinders progress more often than it helps.
