Terrible and Inefficient - Tutor Utah Valley University Employee Review

Super unorganized and inefficient. I had workforce services paper work I needed them to fill out and leadership was unresponsive. I called HR and they had no idea what they were doing. I went to payroll and finally got it done after fighting with the lady. They almost caused me to lose my state benefits because they are so unorganized. I’ve never seen such messiness and unprofessionalism in an organization. Also, basically everyone working at UVU is white and LDS and it’s a toxic culture.
