There are many things why this is the worst and last place for you to work. Read carefully. Please note, this review is based on my countless years of experience working in other companies. Both MNCs and startups.
1. India operations MD is the one man who does everything. So if he is not there then no work will be done.
2. There is a small HR team (for show) as they know nothing about being a HR. Their job is to monitor you and make note of your mistakes, your coffee timings, bathroom time so and so. How much time you are not in your seat will affect the bonus payment.
3. If you go to the interview they will say the variable pay is 20% or more and there is high possibility that you will get full amount. Which is a lie.
4. If you are from Kerela then this is a paradise for you. Others please keep away.
5. The Associate Directors are just close, trusted people of the MD but have no actual experience if managing resources.
6. If you are luckly to travel, please note that you are on your own. Company will not help you for anything.
7. These are naive management people with no real idea of how to take care of their employees.
8. You will be treated like a slave for money.
9. no hike and no vacations are discouraged.
Please please don't even think about coming to this company. More than 7 people already left in just the couple of months.
