Utilidata offers great opportunities. I have involved myself in many aspects of the company and have learned a great deal in the few years I have been here. The company values the employees... evidenced by ongoing trainings, regular company town-hall style meetings and team events (golfing tournaments, catered lunches, go-kart racing, collaborative cuisine cooking, summer and winter company parties). The benefits package is one of the better packages around (401k match, vacation & sick time, health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, etc.), the team members are genuinely good people, and the opportunities for engaging work are numerous. Expectations are high, but so is the support from the company. It is a fast-paced, fun, collaborative environment which focuses on results. Direct customer interaction is common, as is management feedback. Self-starters looking to learn and challenge themselves do well at Utilidata.
