      Lunch is catered most days in office

      Cons

      Vastly underpay across the board compared to market averages. Lots of turnover because people are being forced to take on increasingly larger amounts of responsibility. Upper management is terrible.

      The people and staff are humble and kind, and great to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed recently to become more corporate. The GM is all about numbers/revenue, less about the people.
