Cons
Pros of working here as a field tech are also cons. The company claims a family like place to work. That’s only true if you work in one of the offices. Just look at their website with employees talking about working here. All of them are office employees. No reviews from field techs. You will be on call all the time and expected to respond to emergencies within one hour. The main office is always closing early for parties and other activities and management does not listen to any concerns from the field. Anything brought to their attention is just meant with “that’s not how we do business” and dismissed immediately. If you start working here just use it as a stepping stone to a different gas company
