Pros
Good hybrid working, half decent perks. Able to approach a task how you feel is most appropriate.
Cons
Constant change of leadership & direction but slow to implement these changes. Context switching daily, no ability to stick to one task. Unfair pay cycles and career frameworks. Low spot positions on salaries have made hiring impossible. Lack of understanding of what different tech teams do. Wants to be "data driven" but wont set aside time to implement. Short sighted, quick wins rather than any vision.
