Employers are really kind, flexible and willing to negotiate on pay at times. The work is relatively straight-forward and easy.

Pay could be better, especially recently in light of inflation. It also seems they target young people and students to work as freelancers... this comes with a lot of complications as there is much miscommunication and misinformation on the freelance status.
