Pros
People you meet can be really friendly and helpful. There are literally no in betweens here. My mentor was a great guy, who went above and beyond to help me out in my learning process. I picked up a great deal in terms of software and technical skills, as well as navigating the workplace environment.
Cons
People you meet can be horribly biased. Office dynamic looked like a popularity contest. Higher management were extremely fair and friendly, it was the middle-ranked employees/contractors that were unprofessional.
